All claims must be made before goods are cut. All claims must be made to National Fiber Technology, LLC within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Why are the production times so long for my NFT order?

The processes put into making our specialized performance fur fabrics are very complex and take many steps. Custom styles go through up to a 10-step process before they are ready to ship out. From cutting, picking, carding two times, gilling up to three times, knitting, opening, brushing, trimming, processing, and packaging up, the NFT team works hard to create the perfect fur fabric for all of our customers. All machines are run by hand by our wonderful NFT staff, and brushed by hand several times before packaged up for shipping.  We at NFT strive for perfection and work our hardest to deliver the best product each and every time. We promise it is worth the wait.
