Shipping policy

The customer is responsible for shipping costs. All orders are pre-paid & added to the final invoice. Customer may arrange for shipment via carrier of their choice, handling charges may incur.

Customer arranged International shipping orders will be charged a $200.00 Handling fee for all certified documentation. The customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes.

National Fiber Technology, LLC will choose the most cost-effective manner to ship orders and goods, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

If an order is returned as non-deliverable or Returned to Shipper, the customer is responsible to cover the new shipping charges for National Fiber Technology, LLC to resend your order.

National Fiber Technology, LLC aims to provide the most reliable service by providing shipping confirmations and tracking numbers on all orders.

In the event that the shipping company concludes investigation with driver confirming package was delivered correctly, we are not responsible for any stolen packages after it's been confirmed as Delivered. It is the customer's full responsibility to provide a safe address for delivery and to monitor package transit for delivery since we are not liable for any stolen goods.

Customer will be responsible for checking shipment upon delivery for total product count and condition.

All goods are Ex Works: Lawrence, MA, FOB Factory (Lawrence, MA).
