PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Visitors to www.nftech.com agree that the use of this site or the information, suggestions or instructions contained in this site is at the visitors’ sole risk. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site. If you find any errors or omissions, please feel free to kindly e-mail info@nftech.com with the details. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, these disclaimers, and our terms and conditions at any time.

Order Policy

All Orders are final as placed. We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so to ensure quality and timely processing we are unable to cancel, make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed, except with the express written consent of National Fiber Technology, LLC.

If consent to cancellation is provided, the customer will be invoiced a 50% cancellation Fee. Any changes requested to be made to an order after confirmation is received will be charged a $250.00 change order fee, along with any price differences in the product/design/set up, and will require a change to be made to the schedule and completion dates for production.

Once confirmed, any errors, inaccuracies or omissions made during the placement and/or production of an order shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Estimates/Quotes are tentative and subject to change based on final schedule, design specifications, material availability, etc. Shipping, delivery, and/or handling fees are not included unless specifically noted.

All “Sample Packs”, including but not limited to “Mini Sample Packs” and “Master Sample Pack”, are limited to 1 (one) style of sample pack per customer.

All clearance items and off the shelf items are sold AS IS, no returns, no exceptions.

Payment Policy

Any orders over the amount of $5,000 USD are to be paid by Bank Transfer unless other arrangements are made. All checks are deposited electronically.

A 50% deposit is required for any order over the amount of $20,000.00 to start production.

Once confirmed and produced, all invoices for products and services will be charged and billed to the customer regardless of circumstance. If a production error is made and acknowledged by National Fiber Technology, LLC in writing, then corrected replacement will be provided to the customer once the goods shipped in error have been returned to the authorized return address supplied.

All claims must be made before the goods are cut. All claims must be made in writing and emailed to National Fiber Technology, LLC, orders@nftech.com, within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Production Time

National Fiber Technology, LLC reserves the right to change the production time on orders without notice. Our production time varies depending upon the design specifications, product, and production schedule.

Rush Orders

All Rush orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. All Rush orders are shipped via express courier unless prior arrangements have been made.

Variations

Due to the variations inherent in the processes used in producing fur fabric, National Fiber Technology, LLC assumes no responsibility and makes no guarantees regarding exact color matches, density of product, width or length of production, either within an order or in a reorder. Due to the nature and production of this specialized custom fabric small slubs, holes, runs or color cross contamination may occur.

The width of our fur fabric is not guaranteed.

National Fiber Technology, LLC cannot guarantee that the fur fabric roll is continuous. It is normal to have discontinuation of rolls due to the nature of our machines.

Shipping Policy

The customer is responsible for shipping costs. All orders are pre-paid & added to the final invoice. Customer may arrange for shipment via carrier of their choice, handling charges may incur.

Customer arranged International shipping orders will be charged a $200.00 Handling fee for all certified documentation.

National Fiber Technology, LLC will choose the most cost-effective manner to ship orders and goods, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

If an order is returned as non-deliverable or Returned to Shipper, the customer is responsible to cover the new shipping charges for National Fiber Technology, LLC to resend your order.

National Fiber Technology, LLC aims to provide the most reliable service by providing shipping confirmations and tracking numbers on all orders.

In the event that the shipping company concludes investigation with driver confirming package was delivered correctly, we are not responsible for any stolen packages after it's been confirmed as Delivered. It is the customer's full responsibility to provide a safe address for delivery and to monitor package transit for delivery since we are not liable for any stolen goods.

Customer will be responsible for checking shipment upon delivery for total product count and condition.

All goods are Ex Works: Lawrence, MA, FOB Factory (Lawrence, MA).

The photos presented on this website are provided to assist you in making a choice in ordering National Fiber Technology, LLC Favorites-Made to Order performance style of fur fabric without receiving a sample. To order any custom item not shown on this website, a sample must be received and approved by the customer.

Colors

We do our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of our fur fabrics in our photographs on this website. Color in the photographs may vary from the actual fur fabric color. There may be variations in color of the actual fur fabric due to the limitations of digital photography, the limitations of viewing photographs on individual monitors, and the color settings and resolution of individual monitors. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s resolution and color display will be accurate.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Terms and Conditions contained herein are the Exclusive terms and Conditions for the sale of products from National Fiber Technology, LLC to Customer. Customer agrees that the terms and conditions stated herein constitute the final, complete, exclusive expression of the agreement between National Fiber Technology, LLC and Customer. Customer, by submitting any order or request for an order, hereby agrees to the terms and conditions set the same. In the event that any Customer instruction, request, purchase order or any other information and/or documentation submitted by Customer may contain terms and conditions in addition to or different from there terms and conditions herein, Customer agrees, by so submitting its order or by accepting products from National Fiber Technology, LLC terms and conditions shall solely and exclusively control. Any and all new or additional terms contained on any Customer instruction, request, purchase order or any other information and/or documentation submitted by Customer is hereby expressly and completely rejected. Acceptance of Customer’s order for products from National Fiber Technology, LLC is expressly limited to these terms and conditions, by submitting an order, requesting to purchase any product or taking receipt of National Fiber Technology, LLC products, Customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Massachusetts. If Customer does not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, Customer should not submit any order or make any type of purchase related to National Fiber Technology, LLC.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a National Fiber Technology, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, National Fiber Technology, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. National Fiber Technology, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, National Fiber Technology, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless National Fiber Technology, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
 
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by National Fiber Technology, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason.
